Inner Mongolia Channel, Xinhua.net, Sep. 15 (Bao Xiuwen, Wei Qiang) On September 10, one of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s "Double Ten Billion" projects and key industrial project - the 1st stage of Kingho’s coalification project in Tengger Industrial Park had been put into ignition. The annual output will be 1 million tons of coking coal.
    The 1 million tons of coking coal project is preliminary to Kingho’s 200 tons of carbon fiber, 200,000 tons of caprolactam projects and their supporting plans. Since the project started construction in May 2011, under the strong support of the League, the Banner and Tengger Industrial Park, with scientific organizations, Kingho had seized the construction period to make the coalification project with annual output of 100 tons into operation as planned after more than a year of intense construction.
    In recent years, the Alxa Left Banner has been adhering to the development philosophy of “industry depend on projects, finance depends on industry and people’s livelihood depends on finance” and unswervingly pushing forward the construction of projects, relying on projects to promote development, enhance the strength, and gain benefits for the masses. The project construction has become an important carrier for achieving economic growth. Hence a number of low-pollution, high-technology, large-scale and good projects with broad development prospects have been introduced to greatly promote the economic development of the Banner and even the League.
